Resolution authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to enter into a contract agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and Softnet Solutions LLC for the purchase of networking equipment, software and hardware/software support manufactured by Hewlett Packard Inc., with a contract not to exceed amount of $10,000,000 for a total contract duration of five years commencing on February 1, 2022, through January 31, 2027.
