Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Mountain Tunnel Improvements Project, Agreement No. CS-249, Planning and Design Services, Mountain Tunnel Improvements, with McMillen Jacobs Associates, to increase the contract amount by $7,780,000 and increase the contract duration by three years, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $28,780,000 and a total contract duration of 13 years, with a new term period of February 2016 through February 2029, to provide specialized engineering services for the Mountain Tunnel improvements Project, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118.
