Ordinance de-appropriating $20,705,195 including $13,870,901 of salaries and fringe benefits representing 102.64 FTEs, or 366.98 annualized positions, of sworn officers in the Police Department, and $6,834,294 of salaries and fringe benefits representing 49.70 FTEs, or 177.69 annualized positions, of firefighters in the Fire Department, effective March 20, 2009, for FY 2009-2010.
