Ordinance authorizing the Department of Emergency Management to retroactively accept and expend a FY2009-2010 Homeland Security Grant Program grant in the amount of $2,079,703 from the United States Department of Homeland Security, through the California Emergency Management Agency; amending Ordinance No. 183-09 (Annual Salary Ordinance, FY2009-2010) to reflect the addition of one Class 5277 Planner I grant-funded position (0.50 FTE) at the General Services Agency (GSA- ADM) and one Class 5278 Planner II grant-funded position (0.50 FTE) at the Department of Emergency Management.
