Ordinance retroactively authorizing the Department of Children Youth and Their Families to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $1,000,000 from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, for participation in a program, entitled “STOP School Violence Program,” for the period of October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2024; and amending Ordinance No. 162-22 (Annual Salary Ordinance for Fiscal Years (FY) 2022-2023 and 2023-2024) to provide for the addition of one grant-funded full-time position in Class 1824 Principal Administrative Analyst (0.25 FTE in FY2022-2023, 1.0 FTE in FY2023-2024).
