Resolution authorizing the Sheriff’s Office to enter into a Fourth Amendment to a contract with the San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project for pretrial services, increasing the contract amount by $499,342 for a total not to exceed amount of $19,763,114 with no change to the term of three years from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2024, with two one-year options to extend.
