Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Children, Youth and Their Families to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $286,020.73 from the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and administered by the California Board of State and Community Corrections, for the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Program to support the Adult Probation Department, Juvenile Probation Department, Public Defender’s Office, Police Department, District Attorney’s Office, and Sheriff’s Office to meet coronavirus re-entry related equipment, services, supplies and overtime needs for the project period of March 31, 2021, through January 31, 2023.
