Resolution extending, by 30-days, the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may render its decision on a proposed Ordinance that would require a Conditional Use Authorization for the installation of a garage opening in existing buildings, reduce the parking requirements in certain Northeast Neighborhoods, and creating the Telegraph Hill-North Beach Residential Special Use District, and making findings of consistency with the priority policies of the Planning Code Section 101.1 and environmental findings.
