Resolution urging the Mayor to fund specific city-wide public safety priorities in the FY2020-2021 budget, including foot patrols and traffic enforcement, crime prevention, civilianization efforts, and behavioral health priorities, including additional treatment beds, mobile outreach, community-based treatment and investment to acquire cooperative living units for individuals with chronic mental illness.
