Motion responding to the Civil Grand Jury request to provide a status update on the Board of Supervisors’ response to Recommendation No. 13 contained in the 2011-2012 Civil Grand Jury Report, entitled “Deja Vu All Over Again: San Francisco’s City Technology Needs a Culture Shock;” and urging the Mayor to cause implementation of accepted findings and recommendations through his/her department heads and through the development of the annual budget.
