Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Children, Youth, and Their Families to accept and expend a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, passed through the State of California, Board of State and Community Corrections, through the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, for a multidisciplinary partnership to reduce recidivism for disconnected transitional-age youth and providing a framework for preventing the school-to-prison pipeline in the amount of $1,045,625 for the period of March 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015.
