Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the International Terminal "A" Food Hall and Café Concession Lease No. 17-0238, between SSP America, Inc., dba The Manufactory Food Hall and Marina’s Café, and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission, to extend the base operating term of the Lease by two years for a total term of January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2030, and with no changes to the minimum annual guarantee of $495,000 and two one-year options to extend.
