Title: Resolution approving and authorizing the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (“MOHCD”) to execute documents relating to loans for the acquisition, rehabilitation, or permanent financing of at-risk housing located at 270 Turk Street (“Project”) pursuant to MOHCD’s acquisition and preservation programs, including the Preservation and Seismic Safety Program, the Downtown Neighborhoods Preservation Fund, and the Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund for a total loan amount not to exceed $31,870,000; confirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and finding that the Project loans are consistent with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
