Motion concurring in actions taken by the Mayor in the Thirty-Third Supplement to the Proclamation of Emergency to meet the ongoing local emergency related to the novel coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic by authorizing the City to borrow up to $6,000,000 in funds from deactivated Medical Reimbursement Accounts to make payments under the City’s Right to Recover Program to qualified individuals and their families to assist them with otherwise uncompensated COVID-19-related expenses.
