Title: Resolution approving and authorizing the Director of Property, on behalf of the Police Department, to enter into a Lease for 2,242 square feet of meeting space at 1090 Quintara Street, with Christ Church Lutheran, for Behavioral Science Unit programming, for an initial three year term commencing on May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2025, at a base rent of $45,000 with 3% annual adjustments and 20% of utilities upon Landlord invoice; approving and authorizing two three-year options upon the City’s request; authorizing the Director of Property to execute documents, make certain modifications and take certain actions in furtherance of entering into the Lease and this Resolution, as defined herein; adopting California Environmental Quality Act findings; and making findings that the proposed transaction is in conformance with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
