Ordinance appropriating $13,131,917 of General Fund General Reserves to the Fire Department, Department of Public Health, Sheriff’s Department and Department of Emergency Management for increased workers’ compensation costs, and the authority to receive and expend these funds in the Department of Human Resources in Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-2022; this Ordinance requires a two-thirds approval vote of all members of the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.113(c).
