Title: Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to submit applications for Grant funds to the California Department of Health Care Services, through its contractor Advocates for Human Potential, Inc., under the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Bond Round 1 Launch Ready Program, pursuant to the Behavioral Health Infrastructure Bond Act of 2024, for a term not to exceed 10 years, with anticipated revenue to the City in excess of $70,000,000; to enter into Grant Agreements, if one or more is awarded, including binding arbitration and/or a waiver of claims against the State or its third-party Grant Administrator; and authorizing SFDPH to enter into amendments or modifications to the Grant Agreements that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities of the City and are necessary to effectuate the purpose of the Grant.
