Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health to accept and expend Modification No. 3 for a grant increase of $72,466 from the National Institutes of Health through the Family Health International for participation in a program, entitled “HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN),” for the period of December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026, and a total grant amount of $181,434 for the total grant period of April 1, 2024, through November 30, 2026; and to authorize the Director of Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the Grant agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Grant or this Resolution.
