Resolution declaring the intention of the Board of Supervisors to establish a property-based business improvement district, to be known as the “Dogpatch & Northwest Potrero Hill Green Benefit District,” and levy a multi-year assessment on identified parcels in the district; approving the management district plan, engineer’s report, and proposed boundaries map for the district; ordering and setting a time and place for a public hearing thereon; approving the form of the Notice of Public Hearing and Assessment Ballots Proceeding, and Assessment Ballot; directing environmental findings; and directing the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to give notice of the public hearing and balloting as required by law.
