Resolution approving and authorizing the conveyance of real property located at 474 Natoma Street from the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure to the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (as Successor Housing Agency to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency); and making findings that the conveyance is in conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
